Always gracious and lighthearted, Lesleigh’s thoughtful and imaginative approach has led to a successful 16 year career as a salon owner and professional hairstylist. In constant pursuit of gorgeous hair, Lesleigh collaborates with clients to create styles that are chic, unique and manageable. She specializes in curly hair, razor cuts, color correction, Brazilian blowouts, and is really good with fine hair! Lesleigh remains passionate about making her clients feel beautiful from the day they’re in the salon until their next appointment.

Destaney Norman is a local girl from Academy Texas. She has been in the hair Industry for five years now. Her favorite service is EVERYTHING blonde. Maintaining it, transforming it, and correcting it! She also loves Brazilian blowouts. Destaney loves to learn. Our industry is so interesting and always changing. It is important to stay on top of the latest trends and fashion. Doing hair is her passion, but not her life. Her life belongs to three gorgeous kiddos. She has three children two girls and a boy that keep her very busy and extremely humble. If she is not at the hair salon she is at the ballfields
Hi, I’m Caitlyn!
I am a licensed Cosmetologist of 6+ years. I specialize in highlights and balayage, but I offer all colors and cuts including men’s cuts. When I’m not at the salon I love to spend time with my babies and husband. I am so excited to be a part of the Shear Bliss team and can’t wait to have you in my chair!
Channon Cooper is a very seasoned hair stylist, with over 12 years experience. She has recently moved here from Germany to Texas. Her husband proudly serves this great Country. She is a mama of four, and can multitask like no other. She loves helping people reach their hair goals. She specializes in men cuts, all women cuts, highlights, and balayage. She loves working with all hair types. Education is very important to her so that she can keep up on all the current trends.
Kaylian is a licensed cosmetologist of 6+ years. She is a Master Lash Artist, certified by Borboleta Beauty. She specializes in any style of eyelash extensions and eyelash lifting. She is available for full body sugaring and waxing, as well as hair and makeup styling for special events!
Chelsea has always had a passion for the beauty industry and decided to turn her passion into a career behind the chair. Her favorite services are balayage and all things blondes. Chelsea is certified in Bellami hair extensions and loves making her clients hair dreams come true.
Chelsea was born and raised in Colorado but now calls the lone star state home. She is a mama to four beautiful children, whom keep her very busy. When she is not at the salon she can be found at the softball fields or barrel races with her family.
